Samples are available upon request for many items, however, in some cases we will ask the customer to send us samples of the materials required by mail for match-up, particularly if we are unable to determine the correct color or material by phone. We can e-mail samples or receive e-mail photos for match-up.
Please be sure to include the year, make, model, body style, and the color required. It is also helpful to include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions.

Most orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). All levels of service are available including ground, three day select, second day air, next day air, and international air. Customers may call or e-mail us for shipping cost estimates.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Any order may be returned within 30 days if the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise, providing that no attempt has been made to install the product. In the case of yardage, the material must not be cut or marked in any way. There are no returns under any circumstance for merchandise that does not conform to the above terms, for carpet yardage, or for carpet sets designated as special orders at the time the order is placed (i.e. the original carpet was cut pile, but the customer preferred 80/20 rayon / nylon loop). The customer must call for a return authorization before sending the merchandise back.
Should any product provided by Original Auto Interiors prematurely fail, please call us to discuss the problem. Since we supply a great deal of merchandise, no single policy can be accurately applied to all products. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will gladly investigate any problems and make an adjustment if necessary. Liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
